Tracer study is a comprehensive examination conducted to track the journey of graduates, aiming to understand their educational outcomes, such as the transition from higher education to the workforce, their latest work situations, and how well they apply and align their competencies in their professional life. The insights gained from this study play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of higher education, refining the educational process, ensuring the quality of higher education institutions, and assessing the relevance of educational programs. The information obtained becomes invaluable for stakeholders and contributes to the fulfillment of accreditation requirements for higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, the Communication Management Study Program at Universitas Padjadjaran has undertaken the Tracer Study program. This initiative aims to gain insights into how graduates are absorbed into the workforce, the processes they undergo, and their positions in professional settings. By doing so, the program strives to ensure that its graduates are well-prepared and equipped with the competencies demanded by today’s job market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
